Gigabit Ethernet Fiber Switch transportation and storage
Transportation: The packaging of this product is suitable for transportation of automobiles, ships,
planes and trains, and it should be protected from sun and rain, and handled
in a civilized manner during transportation.
Storage: when the product is not used, it should be placed in a packing box. The temperature
and humidity of the storage environment should meet the requirements of the product.
There should be no corrosive objects in the warehouse and no strong mechanical vibration, impact
and magnetic field. The packing box should be at least 20CM off the ground and at least 50CM
away from the heat source and window air inlet.
After-Sales and Warranty Policy
It is composed of online customer service and telephone customer service, providing product consultation,
remote technical support, maintenance and acceptance services.
Service Policy: Three-month replacement and three-year warranty.
Replacement: Within three months of purchasing a series of products, after testing the product failure
by technicians and man-made damage caused by non-natural disasters, the purchaser can directly
go to the purchasing point to replace the same type of products.Or a product of comparable performance.
If there is no trouble in product testing, the original sample will be returned.
Warranty: Man-made damage caused by non-natural disasters, our company's free warranty period is 1 year.
